Raw Zuchinni Hummus Recipe

I just need to say thank you for all the amazing support I’ve received since yesterday’s post. I’m excited to see how the IV infusions work their magic on me. On another note, I have something to celebrate today. It’s been two months fully raw vegan! I feel so blessed to have found this lifestyle and am enjoying every minute of it. Also, I have had so many requests for the recipe of my newest obsession! Raw zucchini hummus. Sooo good. Here you go (I blended in my Vitamix until smooth):

  • 2 heaping cups (about 2 small zucchini) chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
  • 1 tsp cumin (I used Silk Road Spice Merchant)
  • A pinch of cayenne
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup raw tahini (I used Artisana)

So simple and delicious! Serve with raw veggies and raw crackers like these beet ones by Okanagan Rawsome! Xx
